The GEL-KAYANO LEGACY sneaker is inspired by various GEL-KAYANO designs and the milestones that have influenced the 30-year history of the series. Asics started with the GEL-KAYANO 14 sneaker as the base construction for this profile and modified the upper with different materials and badge details from various periods of the GEL-KAYANO timeline. This version features two different color schemes that pay tribute to the 30th anniversary of the franchise. One version has an asymmetrical color palette representing the iconic colorways from the GEL-KAYANO archive. The other emphasizes our extensive use of silver throughout the shoe's chronology, while 3M highlights the technical origin of the design.
