Mocht het product niet naar wens zijn qua looks of gewoon niet goed passen kan je direct omruilen of vragen voor je geld terug. Het geld storten we terug op het betaalmiddel waarmee je betaald hebt.

We versturen standaard met UPS Carbon Neutral waarmee we UPS Standard en UPS Express Saver aanbieden. Binnen Europa leveren binnen 1 a 2 werkdagen als je op werkdagen voor 14:00u hebt besteld en wereldwijd binnen 1 a 3 werkdagen. We moedigen je aan om een UPS Access Point te gebruiken als afleverpunt, langs je dagelijkse route, in de buurt van je school of werk, maar ook gewoon in de buurt van je huis. Het is beter voor het milieu zo, tenzij je hiervoor lange afstanden moet afleggen met de auto. Daarnaast heb je 7 dagen om het pakket af te halen en hoef je niet thuis te wachten tot de koerier uiteindelijk komt. Uiteraard is op een adres afleveren ook mogelijk.

Om het milieu te beschermen van onnodige CO2-uitstoot, bieden we geen gratis retour optie aan. Wel betalen we bij een terugzending het gehele betaalde bedrag terug i.e. inclusief de verzendkosten die u aanvankelijk betaalde bij het bestellen van uw product. Indien u een product wenst om te ruilen dient u geen tweede maal verzendkosten te betalen. Deze twee voordelen gelden enkel voor bestellingen binnen de EU. Alle klanten hebben 14 dagen de tijd om een product terug te sturen.
