About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, including weekend shifts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stock management. Help with processing deliveries and maintain stock in order.
Product Knowledge:
- Know & Love what you buy and wear is one of our main principles.
- A profound knowledge of sneaker culture and streetwear is a big plus.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in team meetings.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A genuine interest in our product range.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Interest and experience in social media is a plus.
