How to submit
Send the completed form to us via our contact page or by post to: Lockwood BV, IJzerenwaag 1, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium.
Once we receive your withdrawal notification, we will refund your payment within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to personalised/customised items.
