Mammut's hardshell, and the HS in the name is the point: a 3-layer GORE-TEX laminate rated 28,000 mm, which is a long way past what Belgian rain asks of a jacket. The ePE membrane is the PFC-free one, so the waterproofing doesn't come with the forever-chemistry that older GORE-TEX did.
