If you aren’t happy with the product you can exchange right or away or ask for a refund, we will transfer the money back to the account that was used to pay for the order.

We ship all our orders with UPS Carbon Neutral and we offer UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver options. If you order before 14:00h CET UPS aims to deliver your order within 2 workdays in Europe and the rest of the world in 1 to 3 days. We recommend and push for using a UPS Access Point for the delivery, but we can also ship directly to your door.

In case you want to exchange a product you don't have to pay the shipping costs a second time. These two benefits only apply for orders inside the EU.
