If you order before 14:00h CET UPS aims to deliver your order within 2 workdays in Europe and the rest of the world in 1 to 3 days. We recommend and push for using a UPS Access Point for the delivery, but we can also ship directly to your door.
To protect the environment from unnecessary CO2-emissions, we don't offer a free return option. However, when you return an item we refund the shipping costs you payed when ordering the product. In case you want to exchange a product you don't have to pay the shipping costs a second time. These two benefits only apply for orders inside the EU.
