Do you live in Antwerp or do you have plans to visit our store? If so, choosing pick-up in store is an easy solution and also with the lowest impact on nature. We’re open from Monday till Saturday and also each first Sunday of the month. If you aren’t happy with the product you can exchange right or away or ask for a refund, we will transfer the money back to the account that was used to pay for the order.
We ship all our orders with UPS Carbon Neutral and we offer UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver options. If you order before 14:00h CET UPS aims to deliver your order within 2 workdays in Europe and the rest of the world in 1 to 3 days. We recommend and push for using a UPS Access Point for the delivery, but we can also ship directly to your door.
To protect the environment from unnecessary CO2-emissions, we don't offer a free return option. However, when you return an item we refund the shipping costs you payed when ordering the product. In case you want to exchange a product you don't have to pay the shipping costs a second time. These two benefits only apply for orders inside the EU. All customers have 14 days time to return a product.
